The design was part of a competition executed while I was employed at Uni Engineering Consultancy.

The design architecture concept focuses on creating a serene and elegant space that harmoniously blends minimal elements, Islamic patterns, and modern interpretations of traditional elements. The key aspects of the concept are as follows:
Serenity and Minimalism: The design aims to evoke a sense of tranquility and simplicity. Clean lines, uncluttered spaces, and a restrained color palette contribute to a serene ambiance. The use of minimal elements and textures allows for a visually calming environment that encourages relaxation and contemplation.
Contrast and Ornamentation: The design incorporates a contrast between solid base elements and large openings adorned with intricate Islamic patterns. This interplay of solidity and openness creates a visually striking composition. The Islamic patterns act as decorative elements that add depth and cultural richness to the design, while the large openings invite ample natural light, creating a well-lit and inviting interior.
Open Courtyard and Arched Arcade: A central open courtyard enclosed by an arched arcade serves as a vital element in the design. The courtyard acts as a focal point, providing a sense of containment and directionality. It becomes a serene oasis within the architectural composition, offering a tranquil space for relaxation and contemplation. The arched arcade surrounding the courtyard adds architectural beauty and rhythm, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.
Modern Approach to Traditional Elements: The design embraces a modern approach to traditional Islamic elements. While honoring the cultural heritage and decorative styles of Islamic architecture, the design interprets them in a contemporary manner.
